I called Dave after reading the positive reviews about numerous contractors on a Google search. Dave had a lot of patience with us as we changed our minds numerous times for over a year. Then when we finally settled on architect plans, Dave built an awesome ADU (mother-in-law apartment) for me. The subs he used were awesome… very attentive and professional. The project was completed two months ahead of schedule and came in right where his bid was. We developed a friendship with Dave, and will use him again in the future. We couldn’t be happier and will recommend him to everyone!
Our decision to have our old garage torn down and a new one built in its place was not without some trepidation. This was a big deal for us. Working with Dave and all who work with/for him was the best thing that could have happened. Dave is completely up-front about the process and accurate with his projections regarding completion. Communication was great throughout the project, and our questions always were answered promptly and completely. Every facet of the job was completed professionally and, as far as we can see, with high standards in mind. We couldn’t be happier.

We hired Dave to build us a 20×24 garage. We live an HOA neighborhood and so it had to match our house exactly, the garage looks like it came with the home! It is beautiful, well built and Dave is very professional. We highly recommend!
Dave is most likely exactly who you are looking for in a Contractor. I lucked upon Dave after seeing another home he had renovated in my neighborhood. Speaking with the homeowners I was amazed to hear that they had not a single complaint, and a close-up look at the work showed me talent and attention to detail.
Throughout my project, Dave was always accessible, made sure that each task was done up to a very high standard. Dave it seems, is proud of his work and had a very hands on approach, if it wasn’t getting done by a sub, he got another, if it didn’t look right he personally fixed it, that said he also did the majority of the work himself anyway.
Pricing for me was critical and by that, I mean avoiding the nightmare of costs coming in on top of the bid. Each “extra” thing that came up Dave discussed with me, worked it out and was more than reasonable. Even better there was maybe an extra 3% in costs that had to be added, weird concrete footing, and gutters, and that was it!! YEAH!
I’m not sure how many more house exteriors I will re-do or garages I will need built, but I can guarantee that Dave will be my first, if not my only call, couldn’t be happier!!
We tore down an existing garage that was falling apart and built a new one. Dave was responsible for the demo, concrete, and construction of the garage. We found Dave looking through Google after getting in touch with 10+ contractors. Dave was very responsive and transparent through the process.
